Join Amanda Davis to learn some new alternative options for your health and wellness this year.

MyoFascial Stretching is a much deeper stretch that opens the body's fascial system.  This type of stretch has longer lasting results and assists with pain management.  Holding your stretches for a minimum of 90 seconds takes any stretch to a new deeper level.  Learn to use a variety of tools for stretching like tennis balls, pool noodles and yoga straps.

Classes are $25 or all 3 for $70

January 20th 5:30-7pm (introduction to the chi machine)

February 10th 5:30-7pm (introduction to electro reflexology energizer)

March 17th 5:30-7pm (introduction to FIR pad)


Yoga classes with Denise Wagner.  She was taught by Shakti and is a certified Inner Power yoga instructor. She will be offering comprehensive yoga classes Monday evenings and Saturday mornings.  To join the class please call. Please park in the east parking lot and use the entrance there, also bring your mats, blocks and straps.
